With Elevation, you will develop a personalized roadmap to success, designed in collaboration with one of our physical therapists, utilizing our proven four phases of care – from pain relief to improved range of motion, strengthening, and ultimately, enhanced endurance. All targeted to guide you towards sustainable, long-term wellness.
Communication is key to lasting success. You will receive email and text messages, including but not limited to scheduling, appointment times, preparing for your first therapy visit, follow-up visit check-ins, home exercise programs, and regular check-ins following discharge to ensure you maintain your health.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
